Service Description

This program is based around increasing your general strength to get you feeling stronger & more dominant on the mats. We will be performing 3 Strength & Conditioning sessions per week for a period of 12 weeks focusing on building strength that transfers over to the mats. The program will be very in-depth, with week by week scheduled sessions, all exercises will have precise sets & reps along with an exercise explanation & guide page if needed. Warmup, mobility, and cool down work will also be addressed. Access to barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and cable machines will be required, preferably a commercial gym setting or weight room. This program is great both for seasoned grapplers looking to up their game, along with beginner white belts looking to form a solid foundation & base. Feedback and questions via email, Instagram messaging, or 1-on-1 online calls are encouraged! After these 3 months, you will be feeling stronger, more powerful, and most importantly, more knowledgeable about your own body and Strength & Conditioning methodologies you can take in the future and apply yourself.
